You'll develop and execute comprehensive compensation consulting programs—from market analysis and pay equity assessments to incentive plan design and executive reward structuring. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle compensation consulting engagements for tier-one financial services clients, either managing projects directly or overseeing dedicated project managers Partner with senior colleagues to identify client needs, develop customized solutions, and position sophisticated compensation strategies that align with business strategy Manage client relationships at C-suite and Board levels, providing thought leadership on pay philosophy, pay competitiveness, pay equity, and total rewards alignment Oversee scope development, budget management, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent engagements Contribute to practice development and the broader evolution of WTW's compensation consulting capabilities Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth and knowledge-sharing What We're Looking For 10+ years of compensation consulting or human resources experience, with demonstrated expertise in broad-based compensation strategy and design Proven success selling and delivering complex consulting engagements in Financial Services or similarly regulated industries Deep knowledge of compensation competitiveness analysis, pay equity assessment methodologies, and incentive plan structures Track record of managing senior client relationships and influencing at executive levels Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations Experience managing consulting teams or project portfolios About WTW WTW is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company serving the financial, corporate and public sectors.
