About the Role As a Senior Designer at Aspen Surgical, you will define the creative direction that brings our brand strategy to life. Reporting within marketing communications, you'll work hand in hand with Brand Managers, Product Managers, and the Digital team to convert portfolio priorities into compelling design that resonates with audiences and reinforces brand equity. This opportunity suits a creative leader who guides campaigns from initial concept through final delivery — not simply someone who produces assets. Key Responsibilities Own creative concepts for assigned brands, safeguarding visual and messaging consistency across every commercial touchpoint, including sales tools, campaigns, digital channels, and distributor communications. Collaborate with Brand and Product Managers to turn value propositions, competitive insights, and customer needs into clear creative direction. Drive design thinking from brief to execution, shaping the strategic intent of each campaign rather than only delivering finished pieces. Create marketing assets spanning print (collateral, brochures, trade show graphics, packaging) and digital (web, email, social, advertising, video, presentations), building integrated visual systems that scale across product lines. Produce sales enablement materials such as positioning visuals, message maps, and pitch decks. Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, and Global teams to keep creative aligned with program goals. Fold newly acquired brands into Aspen Surgical's commercial infrastructure by adapting their visual identity across collateral, digital presence, and brand systems. Develop scalable processes, templates, and asset libraries, and evolve brand guidelines to maintain consistency at scale. Manage timelines across simultaneous brand and campaign workstreams, applying commercial feedback and performance data to sharpen creative effectiveness. Champion the adoption of AI and emerging design tools to speed ideation, production, and iteration while protecting design craft. Qualifications 7+ years of design experience across print and digital, ideally including B2B, healthcare, or regulated-industry work. Proven ability to shape creative strategy — concepts, visual direction, and…
