Position Summary Digital transformation in manufacturing requires more than technology—it demands proven leadership. You'll serve as the primary on-site representative driving the deployment, integration, and organizational adoption of industrial data ecosystems. This role bridges operations, engineering, and IT teams to establish connected data architectures that unlock manufacturing intelligence and operational efficiency. You'll combine strategic project direction with hands-on engagement to ensure data solutions create lasting business value. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead full-cycle deployment and adoption of Unified Namespace architectures, Industrial DataOps frameworks, and data broker solutions at manufacturing sites. Serve as the primary site leader for data enablement programs, overseeing planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment from project kickoff through post-deployment sustainability. Coordinate cross-functional activities across site operations, engineering, operational technology (OT), IT infrastructure, and digital transformation teams. Own project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, dependency tracking, and ongoing stakeholder communication. Drive alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and technical implementation approaches. Ensure all deployed solutions comply with enterprise governance, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
