This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives on turning complex security strategy into delivered results.

About the Role

As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager at Insight Global, you will guide high-visibility programs that span multiple security disciplines and toolsets. We are assembling a results-driven cybersecurity team, and this position sits at the center of it — orchestrating end-to-end rollouts and keeping technical, business, and vendor stakeholders aligned from kickoff through completion in our Rosemead, Los Angeles County office.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and steer enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs from planning through full implementation.
• Coordinate initiatives that touch several security domains and products simultaneously.
• Translate strategic security objectives into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with engineering, leadership, and external providers to drive measurable, on-time outcomes.
• Track progress, manage risk, and report status to executive and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide security programs to completion.
• Practical, hands-on familiarity across a range of cybersecurity domains and platforms.
• Proven record of delivering full lifecycle implementations rather than plans alone.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Comfort operating on-site in Rosemead, Los Angeles County in a fast-paced, build-from-the-ground-up environment.
