We are building the leading platform for collaborative logistics processes in Europe. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will drive real customer success at TradeLink, from strong onboarding to scalable use of our AI-based product.

Requirements

  • Act as a strategic advisor for our customers, understanding their business goals and ensuring early value and sustainable impact.
  • Build trustful customer relationships, develop project champions on the customer side, and identify relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure company-wide introduction of TradeLink and accompany customers in the use of our AI-supported product.
  • Take over end-to-end responsibility for rollouts along the entire customer journey.
  • Identify, understand, and formulate user requirements clearly, to enable customer-driven further development of our AI-based product features.
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio and drive their implementation proactively.
