What You'll Do Provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders and transaction teams in a deal-driven, fast-paced environment Assess legal risk across transactions and business matters; frame options and guide decision-making Serve as a primary legal resource for company counsel and senior management on Americas-focused legal matters Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents supporting business operations Research and advise on legal developments relevant to real estate advisory services and company operations Collaborate with external counsel where specialized expertise is needed What We're Looking For JD from an accredited law school; admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction Strong foundation in commercial law, transactional practice, or business-focused legal work Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers Commercial judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment How to Apply Apply directly through this listing to join Cushman & Wakefield as our Senior Counsel - Americas.
