Senior Counsel position at IQVIA seeking a highly experienced professional to lead legal support for mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions, with a strong emphasis on M&A and strategic transactions, alongside complex commercial and technology matters.
Requirements
- L.L.B, L.L.M or JD, or equivalent (admitted to practice in Australia)
- 10+ years’ post qualified experience
- Strong experience in M&A / corporate transactions (essential)
- Commercial contracting and technology transactions
- SaaS, technology contracts, and data-driven business models
- Data privacy, IP, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in digital health, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences strongly preferred
- Experience working across multi-jurisdictional matters (APAC exposure desirable)
