Role Overview As a Senior Cost Estimator specializing in retail construction, you'll drive cost analysis and estimation for substantial commercial developments. Your work will encompass analyzing architectural and engineering documentation, assessing material and labor requirements, and generating detailed cost projections that guide project execution and inform client decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental to bid success, cost management, and project profitability throughout all project phases.
