Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier advertising agencies, studios, or high-growth brands
- Proven track record in conceptual campaigns and performance marketing work
- Deep understanding of paid social and performance creative
- Experience with AI tools and creative automation
- Ability to internalize complex value propositions and turn them into clear, differentiated, and persuasive narratives
