About the Role As a Senior Compensation Analyst at PSI in Portugal, you will own the daily analysis, delivery, and communication of compensation and benefits across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain a fair, equitable, and market-competitive total compensation and benefits offering aligned with our strategy and business goals. Establish a coherent compensation philosophy that reflects our culture and organizational objectives. Apply a range of methods to make evidence-based decisions across direct, indirect, and non-financial reward plans. Partner with Training & Resourcing on recruitment and talent management initiatives. Assist Finance with budgeting, the year-end bonus and incentive cycle, and financial analysis of reward plans. Work with Legal to keep all programs compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Take part in salary and labor market surveys to benchmark prevailing rates and benefits. Research emerging trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and recommend improvements. Act as a subject matter expert for department heads, country management, and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules, including configuration, data management, and annual cycle support. Advanced Excel skills for compensation analysis and reporting, with comfort handling large datasets. Familiarity with compensation data submissions, including annual cycles and spot surveys, plus practical work with Mercer and BDO surveys. Proven job matching and benchmarking ability using job libraries and multiple market data sources. Strong analytical, process-oriented mindset and effective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders. Degree-level education or equivalent, ideally with a relevant post-graduate qualification; full professional English.
