What You'll Do Design and maintain tracking systems for communications campaigns, outreach programs, and science engagement initiatives Develop dashboards and regular reports that measure reach, audience engagement, message retention, and strategic outcomes Analyze communications data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across federal science programs Partner with communications, program, and policy teams to define success metrics aligned with organizational goals Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and federal stakeholders Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance measurement capabilities What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in communications analytics, data analysis, or a related field Demonstrated expertise in metrics design, data visualization, and statistical analysis Strong familiarity with analytics platforms, databases, and reporting tools Knowledge of federal science, research policy, or science communication (or readiness to develop it) Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance About EDJ Associates EDJ Associates is a federal contractor supporting mission-critical work for scientific and government organizations.
