Barracuda Networks is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to support the design, administration, and execution of global sales compensation programs. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant commission processing, while driving automation, transparency, and scalability across compensation systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, or sales operations
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and SPM/commission systems (e.g., Xactly preferred)
