What You'll Do Support the EMEA sales organisation by carefully reviewing proposed customer contracts and guiding negotiation of commercial terms Deliver practical legal advice that enables revenue-generating transactions and related business activities throughout the EMEA region Act as a core early contributor on the legal team, partnering with sales and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during deal cycles Identify and address contractual and regulatory considerations that commonly affect cloud-based commercial agreements in EMEA markets Maintain clear records of negotiated outcomes and escalate complex matters to the Associate General Counsel as needed What You Bring A recognised qualification to practise as a lawyer, ideally as a solicitor or equivalent counsel entitled to handle commercial matters in the UK or wider EMEA Solid prior experience negotiating customer agreements and supporting sales-driven revenue work, preferably within technology or cloud-related businesses Demonstrated ability to balance commercial pragmatism with sound risk management when reviewing multi-territory contracts Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable confident interaction with sales colleagues and senior internal clients Self-motivation and organisational ability suited to remote working…
