Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT-related projects
- Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of Jira (or similar tools) for managing requirements, user stories, and backlog items
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization
