Requirements
- Routinely scope, convert and own project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K
- Day to day, requires limited guidance from leaders on all core products and services
- High visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders
- Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight and to director satisfaction
- Invest in personal brand reputation, contribute to internal and external blogs, white papers and webinars
- Gather Market and Talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies
- Measure and maximize ROI on all projects
