Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Bilingual English (C1-C2) and Spanish (mandatory)
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience using sourcing and ATS tools such as Indeed, JazzHR, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
