Your Responsibilities Administer core retirement programs such as defined-contribution and defined-benefit plans, handling enrollments, contribution tracking, and distribution processing with precision. Monitor plan operations for ongoing compliance with ERISA, tax code requirements, and other governing rules while preparing required filings and supporting documentation. Serve as the primary contact for participant questions on eligibility, investment options, loans, hardship withdrawals, and retirement readiness. Coordinate with external recordkeepers, advisors, and internal HR and finance colleagues to resolve service issues and refine plan processes. Generate utilization reports, audit support materials, and recommendations that help leadership optimize the retirement benefits offering. Maintain accurate records and data integrity across benefits platforms while safeguarding confidential employee information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a closely related discipline. Progressive experience administering U.S. retirement benefits, ideally at a senior level within a mid-to-large organization. Solid working knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and fiduciary best practices applied to retirement plans. Proven ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly to individuals at all levels. Comfort using benefits administration systems, HRIS tools, and standard Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage concurrent priorities under deadlines. Relevant professional credentials such as CEBS or similar certification viewed as advantageous.
