The role involves building the system, setting workflows, training AI on the brand voice, and establishing standards. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B Professional Services environments. Experience with AI tools, HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office 365 is highly regarded.
Requirements
- 15+ years of total marketing experience
- At least 5+ years within B2B Professional Services environments
- Experience marketing for professional services firms in the built environment sector
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Hands-on experience with Claude (AI tool) or similar AI platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional written English with clear, precise, and engaging communication
- Strong editorial judgment and high quality standards
- Strong eye for design and visually compelling content
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
- Systems thinker who builds scalable processes and workflows
- Comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to extract input from busy teams
