Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence (4+ years)
- Practical experience with workflow, field, screen, and permission configuration in Jira
- Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and content organization
- Automation rules, dashboards, filters, and reporting
- User, group, and access management in enterprise Atlassian environments
- Marketplace apps, integrations, APIs, or scripting for platform enhancement
