Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and analysis in support of cell and immunotherapy manufacturing.
• Execute, document, and review QC methods in line with current regulatory and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) expectations.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and contribute to investigations, deviations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality assurance, and laboratory teams to keep production on schedule.
• Support continuous improvement of QC processes, instrumentation, and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in quality control within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP, laboratory testing methods, and quality documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the discipline to follow controlled procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in El Segundo, Los Angeles County.
