The Opportunity As an individual contributor reporting to a manager on the Convenience Strategy & Operations team, you will hold dedicated accountability for a portfolio of prominent enterprise convenience banners. You will operate with general-manager scope to enlarge the customer base, lift merchant outcomes, and deliver ambitious expansion targets in a highly engaged, profitable category. New Verticals began expanding product ranges, supporting tools, and consumer experiences in 2020 and now functions as a primary business-growth driver, with convenience representing the earliest non-restaurant orientation and the segment recording strong monthly engagement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Identify the strongest promotion designs, occasions, and audience segments for each merchant account and coordinate execution with the partnerships group. Collaborate with the New Verticals growth specialists to refine on-screen product presentation and merchandising across every stage of the digital journey. Spot, validate, and execute the highest-leverage growth concepts that take merchant capabilities from concept to live offering. Create marketplace strategies rooted in fundamental principles that balance needs across delivery partners, merchants, and shoppers. Own performance dashboards and manage weekly metric trends that keep operational quality high. Build detailed models in spreadsheet and query languages that quantify economic, operational, and strategic trade-offs for programs and tests, accelerating insight with artificial-intelligence assistance. Turn strategic choices into live experiments, platform features, and original tooling that produce measurable progress. Deploy artificial-intelligence solutions to automate manual steps, prototype concepts, and craft product roadmaps while testing new capabilities and circulating lessons across the team. Partner with and influence colleagues in growth, quality, finance, product, and engineering so initiatives reach successful completion. Who We're Looking For Two to four or more years of proven results in highly analytical, cross-functional environments such as technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or comparable domains.
