Senior Associate

Marshall & Stevens is seeking a driven Senior Associate, Real Estate Valuation to join our Salt Lake City, Utah team and help shape high-stakes valuation engagements for clients across the country.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, with hybrid flexibility available once onboarding is complete. As a Senior Associate within our Litigation Valuation Group, you will apply rigorous analytical thinking to real estate valuation and forensic accounting assignments, supporting senior leadership while taking ownership of meaningful project work. The posted compensation range is $75,000–$130,000 plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real estate valuation analyses that withstand technical and professional scrutiny.
• Contribute to forensic accounting and litigation-focused engagements led by our Litigation Valuation Group.
• Build financial models, gather supporting market data, and document methodology clearly.
• Prepare well-reasoned reports and exhibits for clients, counsel, and review teams.
• Partner with senior valuation professionals to deliver accurate, defensible conclusions.

Qualifications

• A background in valuation, real estate, finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Comfort managing detailed assignments while balancing competing deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite in Salt Lake City, with hybrid eligibility after onboarding.
• A client-first mindset and commitment to consistently high-quality work product.
