About This Position This role is pivotal for our financial planning and analysis efforts. As a Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making processes through advanced financial modeling and analysis. What You'll Do Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on best practices in financial analysis and reporting. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs. Experience with financial modeling software such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar tools is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
