Requirements
- 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Marketo
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce CRM (Lightning) for lead/contact management
- Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mind set with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration
