We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support multiple VPs within our Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives and be able to manage competing priorities, build technical understanding, and handle confidential information.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP level and/or equivalent), ideally in Engineering/Technology.
- Demonstrated strength managing competing priorities across multiple leaders with excellent judgment and calm under pressure.
- Strong project management skills: you can take an ambiguous ask, define the work, and drive it to completion.
- Ability to build enough technical/contextual understanding to anticipate needs and coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
- High discretion and integrity with confidential information.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting exec-ready notes and messages.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded (you improve processes rather than just “keep up”).
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, calendar tooling)
