We are looking for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to work as a contractor on a part-time basis. The role involves developing long-horizon actuarial tasks, creating scenarios for Reserving, and designing Pricing and rate indications tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in P&C or life actuarial work and expertise in loss reserving and actuarial tools like Arius, ResQ, Igloo, R, or Python.
Requirements
- 3+ years in P&C or life actuarial work at a carrier, consultancy, or reinsurer.
- Expertise in loss reserving, rate indications, IBNR methodology, and actuarial tools like Arius, ResQ, Igloo, R, or Python.
- Strong written communication skills for articulating reasoning and creating deterministic rubrics.
- Preferred: ASA, FSA, ACAS, or FCAS exam progress or full designation.
