Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business to consistently surpass quarterly targets. Master Aerospike's products, value proposition, and competitive positioning. Cultivate trusted relationships from hands-on engineers through to senior and C-level executives. Build and run territory plans and account strategies in a fast-paced, small-team setting. Evangelize Aerospike solutions and customer success stories to development leaders and technical teams. Deliver persuasive presentations grounded in market trends, industry insight, and case studies. Manage forecasting, pipeline, and opportunities in Salesforce. Act as a trusted advisor, share best practices with peers, and support regional events and meetups. Qualifications 5+ years in software sales, including quota-carrying field experience — ideally in databases, data platforms, or data services. Demonstrated success winning and expanding Enterprise and/or Digital Native accounts across Europe. Experience selling into product-led, engineering-driven organizations. A consistent record of exceeding quota with a consultative, value-based approach. Database or infrastructure background strongly preferred; technical or product-led sales highly desirable.
