This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Actively seek out and engage clients’ prospects.
- – Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- – Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
- – Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create status reports.
- – Deliver presentations about the smart recruitment platform and explain its features.
- – Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- – Working with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- – Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
- – Experience in sales, preferably in the technology or recruitment field.
- – Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- – Ability to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- – Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment.
- – Ability to work target-oriented and achieve goals.
