Self-Perform Superintendent

Franjo Construction is hiring a full-time Self-Perform Superintendent in Munhall, Allegheny County to lead and oversee our in-house construction crews across a range of active building projects.

About the Role

As a Self-Perform Superintendent with Franjo Construction, you will be the on-site leader responsible for steering the day-to-day operations of a self-performed workforce in Munhall, Allegheny County. This position blends hands-on field oversight with the management and leadership needed to keep multiple self-performed trades running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. It is a full-time, on-site role that places you at the center of how Franjo Construction delivers quality work directly through its own teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of self-performed field crews, providing the leadership and management that keep work moving smoothly.
• Plan, coordinate, and carry out all self-performed scopes of work from start to finish.
• Oversee execution across core trades, including concrete, masonry, siding, carpentry, painting, and steel fabrication and erection.
• Coordinate manpower, sequencing, and resources to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Promote a safe, productive, and organized job site for every member of the workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial and leadership ability to guide a self-performing construction workforce.
• Practical knowledge of self-performed trades such as concrete, masonry, siding, carpentry, painting, and steel fab and erection.
• Strong skills in coordinating field operations and executing scopes of work day to day.
• Willingness to work full-time on site in Munhall, Allegheny County.
