Elastic is hiring a full-time Security Sales Executive to drive growth across the United States, helping organizations harness the Elastic Search AI Platform to protect what matters most. If you thrive on consultative selling and want to bring AI-powered security solutions to enterprise customers, this US-based role is for you.

About the Role

As a Security Sales Executive at Elastic, you will own the full sales cycle for our security portfolio across the US market. You will partner with prospects and existing customers to understand their security challenges and position the value of search-powered AI in solving them. This is a relationship-driven position for a results-oriented seller who wants to represent a platform already trusted by more than half of the Fortune 500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Elastic security solutions across the United States.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with technical and executive stakeholders throughout the buying journey.
  • Articulate how the Elastic Search AI Platform combines search precision with AI intelligence to deliver measurable security outcomes.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that grow pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and partner teams to advance deals from discovery to signature.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success selling security, software, or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfort working autonomously while collaborating across a distributed team in the US.
  • Genuine interest in search, AI, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
