Preparedness is a critical Safety Research team at OpenAI focused on mitigating AI threats to global security. As AI agents become more capable, they could become a dangerous cyber threat. In this role, you will identify paths for internal AI agents to compromise OpenAI and design security controls to mitigate these threats.
