Key Responsibilities Assess business and technical requirements and co-create each client's security roadmap, from concept through implementation. Own projects in full — gathering requirements, building solutions, and documenting them — with real autonomy and room to shape the outcome. Facilitate requirements workshops and provide architecture and strategy guidance as the primary point of contact for clients and sales. Evolve our managed services and workshop formats, sharing your expertise internally, externally, and optionally on stage. Track emerging security trends and feed fresh ideas into the strategic growth of our consulting practice. Qualifications Solid, hands-on cybersecurity knowledge across IT or OT environments — both are welcome. Practical experience with Microsoft Sentinel, the Entra Suite, Security for AI, or Microsoft Defender. Certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SC-500 are a plus; we are glad to support you in earning them. Clear, approachable communication, including with people who have no security background. A structured, solution-focused style and the willingness to name problems openly rather than work around them. Curiosity for new technologies and a genuine appetite for continuous learning. Excellent written and spoken German and English. Residence in Germany and a readiness to travel.
