Success means operating with precision, creativity, and a commitment to ethical, authorized testing that keeps pace with real-world threats. Core Duties Design and lead global red team operations that emulate sophisticated threat actors against systems, networks, and applications. Execute penetration testing, adversary emulation, and controlled exploit scenarios to evaluate resilience. Identify and validate security weaknesses, then provide prioritized, actionable guidance for remediation. Partner with defensive teams to refine detection rules, response playbooks, and overall security posture based on exercise outcomes. Research current attacker techniques, tools, and procedures to keep engagement methodologies sharp and relevant. Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings that communicate technical results and strategic recommendations clearly to varied audiences. Who We're Looking For Hands-on experience conducting offensive security engagements, red team exercises, and ethical attack simulations. Deep knowledge of common and advanced attack vectors spanning networks, endpoints, cloud environments, and applications. Proficiency scripting custom tooling and leveraging established frameworks to support thorough testing. Strong communication and advising abilities that enable effective collaboration across technical and non-technical groups. Relevant credentials such as OSCP or comparable offensive security certifications that prove practical expertise. Familiarity with structured methodologies for planning, executing, and documenting authorized offensive assessments.
