About the Role

As a Secondary Principal with Kingsville ISD, you will serve as the instructional and operational leader of your campus. This pool position allows the district to identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming secondary principal openings, ensuring strong leadership is in place to support student achievement and staff excellence across Kingsville, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee instructional programs to uphold rigorous standards of teaching and learning.
• Manage daily campus operations, ensuring an organized and effective school environment.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate campus personnel, fostering professional growth among staff.
• Provide forward-thinking leadership that promotes high-quality educational service for all students.
• Ensure campus compliance with district policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in school leadership, administration, or instructional supervision at the secondary level.
• Proven ability to direct instructional programs and guide teaching teams toward measurable results.
• Strong organizational, communication, and personnel management skills.
• Appropriate Texas administrative certification as required for the principal role.

Compensation

This position offers a one-time hiring stipend of up to $15,000 based on experience, along with a performance stipend. Salary follows the Kingsville ISD compensation plan and is commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications for the position.
