Position Summary The Scrum Master at TheHiveCareers is the backbone of Agile team delivery. Operating as a servant leader grounded in Scrum principles, you'll orchestrate agile ceremonies, unblock obstacles that impede progress, and nurture an environment where high-performance teams thrive. Your influence spans multiple teams and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring everyone moves in concert towards shared objectives whilst maintaining the momentum that defines our workplace culture in Trinidad and Tobago. Your Responsibilities Facilitate and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with precision and engagement Educate team members and stakeholders in Agile frameworks and Scrum disciplines, building lasting expertise Identify and eliminate roadblocks and impediments that slow delivery velocity Champion a climate of learning and operational excellence across all teams Partner with the Product Owner on backlog clarity, prioritisation, and refinement Gather, analyse, and communicate delivery metrics—velocity, burndown charts—to leadership Build and maintain transparent communication channels across teams and departments Support the scaling of Agile practices to additional teams as the business grows Embed Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organisational standards Mentor emerging Scrum Masters and strengthen internal Agile capability Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and shared work streams Help teams crystallise objectives aligned with business strategy and priorities Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities Oversee risk management and resolve delivery challenges proactively Monitor team wellbeing, workload balance, morale, and engagement Ensure effective use of Agile platforms—Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps—with thorough documentation Participate in release planning and align sprint milestones with release objectives Advocate for continuous learning through workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or demonstrable equivalent experience) Current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (required) Additional Agile credentials such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile are valued Proven…
