As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling Agile teams to deliver impactful solutions that support global clinical research. Clario is a global leader in clinical trial endpoint technology, and as part of our innovative R&D team, you’ll work on cutting-edge Digital Physiology platforms that transform evidence generation and improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Requirements
- First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role on a software development team
- Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
- Ability to distinguish Scrum practices from non-Scrum practices
- Experience with Agile delivery techniques such as Epics, User Stories, Velocity, and Burndown metrics
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe
- Experience supporting medical device or regulated software development, including documentation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
