About the Role As a SAP S/4HANA Finance Senior Consultant at DXC Technology, you will sit at the centre of complex finance implementations, pairing deep functional knowledge with hands-on configuration to build compliant, efficient, and fully integrated financial operations. Partnering with finance leaders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams, you will turn business requirements into resilient S/4HANA designs that connect smoothly with Procurement, Sales, Projects, and HR/Payroll, advising clients from blueprint through to post-go-live stabilisation. Key Responsibilities Facilitate finance workshops to gather requirements and shape S/4HANA solution designs. Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting. Help design financial close, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Ensure end-to-end integration across MM (P2P), SD (OTC), PS (Projects), and HCM (Payroll). Contribute to SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover rehearsals. Deliver post-go-live support and lead knowledge transfer to client finance teams. Produce clear deliverables such as process maps, test scripts, and training materials. Qualifications Strong hands-on delivery experience across SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking). Sound grasp of IFRS/GAAP, tax configuration, and statutory compliance. Experience with financial close, reconciliations, and reporting. Proven integration knowledge spanning Procurement, Sales, Payroll, and Projects. Skilled at producing blueprints, functional specs, and testing artefacts.
