About the Role

As an SAP MDG Lead at Accenture, you will guide clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of Master Data Governance solutions on SAP. Working within Accenture's SAP practice in Redmond, you'll combine design thinking, agile delivery, and the latest intelligent technologies to help clients become more proactive, predictive, and productive — turning master data into a true competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) engagements, from solution design through deployment.
• Define data governance frameworks, workflows, and stewardship models that keep master data accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Configure SAP MDG processes across key domains such as material, customer, vendor, and finance master data.
• Partner with clients to apply automation and AI capabilities that streamline data validation, enrichment, and replication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP and business teams using agile methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Mentor team members and share best practices to elevate governance maturity across the engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) projects.
• Strong understanding of master data domains, data modeling, and governance workflows within SAP.
• Familiarity with intelligent enterprise concepts, including SAP automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to work in agile, design-led delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Redmond, King County (this is not a remote position).
