SalesOps Expert needed to build long-horizon ops tasks, develop scenarios, create GTM infrastructure tasks, design compensation and analytics scenarios, and work independently to deliver high-quality tasks. Must have 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps, and expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics, commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling
- Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
