Position Summary As our Salesforce Project Manager, you'll shepherd end-to-end implementations from discovery through deployment. Your consultative leadership will be instrumental in helping clients achieve measurable business results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee project financials, scope changes, and delivery schedules to keep engagements on target Own client relationships as the primary operational point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Lead and facilitate kickoff sessions to establish success criteria, business objectives, and measurable goals Collaborate with solution architects to capture, refine, and validate all business requirements Write and groom user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and lead grooming workshops with client teams Guide agile and scrum processes, managing the software delivery lifecycle from planning through launch Coordinate user acceptance testing, test plan execution, defect tracking, and resolution workflows Support training preparation and delivery to ensure client teams are ready for go-live Present technical and functional content to VP, Director, and stakeholder-level audiences Partner with delivery consultants during requirements analysis, design reviews, UAT, and training sessions Who We're Looking For You bring at least five years of project management experience implementing packaged or custom software solutions on the Salesforce platform. You're deeply familiar with professional services delivery, agile methodologies, and complex enterprise engagements. A Salesforce Certified Admin designation (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant) is required. You have hands-on experience with estimation, statement of work development, change order management, and direct client-facing requirements facilitation. Your background may include roles as a solution architect, product owner, functional consultant, or business analyst—roles that expose you to multiple perspectives in successful delivery. You communicate with confidence and clarity, especially to senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management is preferred.
