Role Mission
Design and deliver high-quality solutions usingApex,Lightning Web Components (LWC), andFlows, balancing declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensuring performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Build withApex,LWC,SOQL/SOSLand unit tests with solid coverage

Apply platform limits best practices; optimize queries and governor usage

Integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events); error handling and observability

CI/CD and environment strategy across sandboxes and production
-
Code reviews, standards, and technical documentation
-
Collaborate with Admins, QA, and business for clear requirements and delivery

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce development
-
Proven LWC + Apex experience (including tests)
-
B2–C1 English
-
Certification:Platform Developer I (PD-I)
Nice to Have
-
Platform Developer II, Experience Cloud, event-driven architectures
