As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for translating business problems into structured system improvements and automation requests, ensuring user adoption, and deepening our ability to scale our organization through deep integration of all our sales tools. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail oriented, and comfortable bridging business needs with system execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment
