We are seeking a Sales Trader for our OTC desk in the EMEA region. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for supporting and growing client relationships, driving trading flow, and identifying trading opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within financial services or crypto.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in OTC trading, electronic trading, or sales trading within financial services or crypto
- Strong understanding of spot markets, trade execution, and trading workflows (front-to-back)
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, ideally with institutional or HNW clients
- Commercial mindset with an interest in driving trading activity and revenue
- Strong interest in crypto markets and a desire to stay close to market trends and new products
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
