The role demands strategic territory planning, confident negotiation, and tight pipeline discipline so that Pavago continues to expand its service footprint across the market. Your Responsibilities Design and run an outside-sales plan that targets growth opportunities among MSP and IT services buyers within the Peru region. Prospect, qualify and convert new accounts by scheduling face-to-face meetings, site visits and remote product demos. Build multi-year relationships with decision makers, uncovering additional service needs and negotiating recurring contracts. Own the entire sales pipeline—from lead capture through proposal writing and contract close—while logging every activity in the CRM. Collaborate with technical and delivery colleagues to craft accurate solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding. Track weekly metrics, deliver accurate forecasts and adjust tactics to meet or exceed revenue goals for MSP and IT offerings. Represent Pavago at local networking events and industry gatherings to raise brand visibility among technology buyers. Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated success in outside sales, ideally selling managed services, IT infrastructure or related technology solutions. Comfortable managing a self-directed remote schedule while still conducting regular client visits across Peru. Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills that convert complex technical value into commercial wins. Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms and sales-reporting tools. Strong organizational habits, resilience under quota pressure, and the ability to work independently yet stay aligned with a wider team.
