Requirements

  • Enterprise Revenue Growth: Drive sales expansion by consistently achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs within the Malaysian market.
  • Big-Ticket Acquisitions: Identify, prospect, and close complex, multi-year enterprise deals with large-scale fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retailers.
  • Consultative Value Selling: Navigate long, complex sales cycles by understanding client supply chain challenges, POS/CRM legacy bottlenecks, and mapping out tailored AI-driven SaaS solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build high-level trust and manage relationships across diverse corporate boards, from C-level executives to technical operations teams.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain clean, predictable, and accurate sales forecasting and activities within the corporate CRM platform.
  • Regional Market Presence: Leverage existing business connections to create immediate value, increase brand visibility, and accelerate market entry.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to effectively manage communication with regional and international stakeholders.
