Trexo Robotics is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the execution of their growth plan in Canada. The role involves managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to drive consistent and measurable results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C medical devices, assistive technology, or high-touch healthcare services
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing and scaling small to mid-sized sales teams
- Exceptional ability to build trust with families and clinicians in a high-stakes, emotional environment
- Experience implementing or optimizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ mentality, you are ready to pick up the phone, travel for a demo, or do whatever it takes to close a deal
- Willingness to travel across Canada as needed
- Experience with insurance claims/ medical reimbursements process
