World Insurance Associates is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop and manage commercial lines insurance relationships in the Claiborne, Saint Tammany Parish area. As a Full-Time Sales Executive in our Commercial Lines division, you'll work within a dynamic team of insurance brokers and specialists dedicated to helping business owners and organizations strengthen their risk management strategies. About the Role This position offers the opportunity to build a strong sales pipeline in commercial property, liability, and specialized coverage lines. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to mid-market and established businesses, identifying their insurance and risk management needs and presenting tailored solutions that protect their operations and financial interests. What You'll Do Identify and prospect new commercial clients in the Claiborne and surrounding Saint Tammany Parish markets Develop and execute account strategies to build long-term relationships with business owners and risk managers Assess client needs across commercial property, general liability, workers' compensation, and specialized coverage areas Prepare and present insurance proposals and risk management recommendations Manage the sales process from initial consultation through policy placement and renewal Maintain and grow an existing book of commercial business Collaborate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure client satisfaction Stay current with commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales or business development Strong understanding of commercial lines coverage and risk management principles Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Louisiana insurance license or willingness to obtain one (Property & Casualty license preferred) Proficiency with CRM software and insurance industry systems Professional communication skills and business acumen Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team About World Insurance Associates World Insurance Associates is a leading financial services organization founded in 2011, ranked among the Top 25 insurance brokers in the United States.
