Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for a motivated, detail-driven professional to fill a dual-function Sales Estimator / Project Manager role at its Highland Park, Dallas location — a unique opportunity to own projects from first bid to final invoice within a dynamic commercial construction environment.
About the Role
This full-time position bridges the gap between business development and project delivery. As a Sales Estimator / Project Manager at Perimeter Solutions Group, you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle — evaluating bid opportunities, developing accurate cost estimates, supporting preconstruction planning, and steering projects through to closeout and final invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and pursue commercial construction bid opportunities
- Prepare detailed, competitive project estimates
- Lead contracting and preconstruction coordination activities
- Manage active projects from kickoff through completion
- Oversee final invoicing and project closeout documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact across sales and operations functions
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction estimating, project management, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of construction project lifecycles, from preconstruction through final billing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-directed work style with a results-oriented mindset
