About the Role As a Sales Engineer at Hostaway, you'll do far more than demo software. Partnering closely with our Account Executives, you'll lead consultative, value-driven sales engagements that show prospective customers how to reimagine their operations. By understanding how short-term rental operators work today, you'll surface inefficiencies, remove growth blockers, and position Hostaway's AI-powered platform as the path to lasting operational excellence. The role centers on leading consultative sales conversations in English plus French or Spanish. Key Responsibilities Team up with Account Executives to drive consultative, value-focused sales cycles. Lead discovery sessions and workflow analysis to pinpoint operational pain points. Field technical questions and address objections with confidence and clarity. Serve as a trusted advisor, steering prospects toward scalable solutions. Work alongside Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to sharpen positioning. Strengthen enablement through tailored demos, messaging, and training. Track industry trends and the competitive landscape to stay ahead. Qualifications 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a comparable SaaS role. Strong discovery and consultative selling abilities. A talent for translating technical concepts into clear business value. Comfort working with APIs and applying AI tools for efficiency and documentation. Collaborative, adaptable, and at home in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual fluency in English and French, or English and Spanish. Experience in property management or hospitality tech is a bonus. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and demo environments is welcome.
