Position Summary As a Sales Employee for Distribution Aftermarket at Continental, you'll be the key liaison between our product portfolio and distributor partners across the region. This role enables you to build lasting relationships with key accounts and contribute to Continental's market leadership in aftermarket solutions—all from the location of your choice. What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, ensuring they have the products and support needed to succeed Process orders, manage quotes, and provide timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates Identify opportunities to expand product penetration within existing distributor accounts Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support distributor growth initiatives Track sales activity, prepare reports, and share market insights with management Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and distributor needs in the aftermarket segment Who We're Looking For Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive aftermarket distribution or B2B sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving results Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Fluency in English required; Portuguese a plus Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work About Continental Continental is a global automotive supplier and technology company headquartered in Hanover, Germany.
